Acute Health Effects: From MSDS:Hazards IdentificationEmergency Overview:Epoxy putty with sulfur odor. Eye, skin, and ingestion irritant. Skin sensitizer.Inhalation: None.Skin: Skin irritant and possible sensitizer.Eye: Eye irritant.Ingestion: Irritation of intestinal tract.

Carcinogenicity: Not expected to be carcinogenic.Warning: Respirable crystalline silica (quartz) is classified as a probable carcinogen. The crystalline silica present in this product is encapsulated in the epoxy resin and could only be liberated by sanding or abrading, and then not as pure crystalline silica. Appropriate precautions, however, should be taken if the product is sanded or abraded to preclude personnel from breathing the dust.

Wash all exposed areas with soap and water.Eyes: If material gets into eyes, immediately flush eyes with water while holding eyelids open until material is removed. Get immediate medical attention by calling a Poison Control Center, or hospital emergency room. Handling: Follow good manufacturing and handling practices. Wash thoroughly after handling, especially before eating, drinking, smoking and using restroom facilities.
