POTENTIAL HEALTH EFFECTS
EYES: The undiluted product maybe moderately irritating to the eyes. Eye contact may result in discomfort, tearing, swelling, redness, and blurred vision.
SKIN: This substance is not expected to cause prolonged or significant skin irritation. If absorbed through the skin, this substance is considered practically non-toxic to internal organs.
INGESTION: If swallowed, this substance is considered practically non-toxic to internal organs.
INHALATION: The systemic toxicity of this substance has not been determined. However, it should be practically non-toxic to internal organs if inhaled. Inhalation overexposure to the spray mist may be irritating to the respiratory tract. Respiratory tract irritation may include nasal discharge, sore throat, coughing, bronchitis and breathing difficulties.

No evidence of chronic effects in humans.
TERATOGENICITY: Triclopyr is not considered to be a teratogen or cause birth defects.
REPRODUCTIVE TOXIN: The results of a 3-generation reproduction study demonstrated no Triclopyr associated changes regarding reproductive capacity, growth, pregnancy, parturition, neonatal survival and maturation.

Triclopyr is not considered to be a carcinogen.

EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eyes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
SKIN: If on skin or clothing, take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15 to 20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
INGESTION: If swallowed, call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to by a poison control center or doctor. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
INHALATION: Move person to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouth-to-mouth, if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.

Handling/Disposal

GENERAL PROCEDURES: Keep pesticide in original container. Do not put concentrate or dilute into food or drink containers. Store in a cool, dry place, preferably locked storage area.
ENVIRONMENTAL DATA: Triclopyr has an average half-life in the soil of approximately 30 days. The degradation process is hastened by increased availability of sunlight and bacteria.
ECOTOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION: Triclopyr has a very low toxicity to fish, waterfowl and birds.

If necessary to dispose of partially filled product container, securely wrap it in several layers of newspaper and discard in trash.
EMPTY CONTAINER: Do not reuse container.
