Acute Health Effects:
From MSDS Health Hazards (Acute and Chronic): Ingestion: Mild mucous membrane irritant. Eye Contact: Mild eye irritant. Inhalation: Mild mucous membrane irritant. Skin: Mild skin irritant. Signs and Symptoms of Exposure: Ingestion: Oral ingestion may result in mild gastrointestinal irritation with nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea. Eye Contact: Instillation into the eye may result in transient mild to moderate irritation. Skin: Use on irritated or extremely dry skin may aggravate the existing condition. Inhalation: May cause mild irritation
Chronic Health Effects:

Carcinogenicity:
The manufacturer's Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) does not state whether the ingredients are considered carcinogens or potential carcinogens.
First Aid:
From MSDS CAUTION: MAY BE HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of contact with eyes rinse thoroughly with water. If swallowed drink a glassful of water and call a physician. Do not use bleach or mildew stain removers as irritating fumes may result. Emergency and First Aid Procedures: Ingestion: Immediately drink two large glasses of water and treat symptomatically. If large amounts are ingested, call a physician. Eye Contact: Immediately flush with large amounts of water for at least 15 minutes, lifting upper and lower lids occasionally. Skin: Thoroughly wash exposed area with soap and water and discontinue use. Remove contaminated clothing. Inhalation: Move to open area with plenty of fresh air.

From MSDS Precautions To Be Taken in Handling and Storing: Handling and storage must be well ventilated, cool, and dry. Materials must be isolated from potential sources of ignition. Fire fighting equipment must be available at all times. Other Precautions: Keep away from heat/sparks and open flame.
Disposal:
From MSDS DISPOSAL IS TO BE PERFORMED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS. Do not landfill. Small (household) quantities may be disposed of via sewer.
