Emergency Overview
May cause eye irritation. Prolonged skin contact may cause irritation or dermatitis. Inhalation of vapors or mists may cause irritation to the nose, throat and lungs. High pressure injection of this product through the skin can cause extensive tissue damage and is a medical emergency requiring immediate medical attention.
Potential Health Effects
Inhalation: None expected under normal use conditions. Excessive mists may cause mucous membrane and respiratory irritation.
Skin contact: Prolonged contact, as with clothing wetted with material, may cause irritation or dermatitis. High pressure injection of this product through the skin can cause possible extensive tissue damage resulting in loss of a finger, hand or arm. There may be no sign of initial injury or pain.
Eye contact: May cause moderate eye irritation with tearing, redness and pain.
Ingestion: Ingestion of this product is not expected to result in any acute systemic toxic effects. If more than several mouthfuls are swallowed, abdominal discomfort, belching, nausea and diarrhea may occur.
Medical conditions aggravated by exposure: May aggravate an existing dermatitis.

Prolonged or repeated overexposure to oil mists may result in oil granuloma formation in the lung and
increased incidence of infection.

None of the components is listed as a carcinogen or potential carcinogen by IARC, NTP, ACGIH or OSHA.

Inhalation: If symptoms of exposure develop, remove to fresh air. If breathing becomes difficult, administer oxygen. Administer artificial respiration if breathing as stopped. Seek immediate medical attention.
Skin contact: Remove contaminated clothing immediately. Wash all affected and exposed areas with soap and water. If skin irritation or redness develops and persists, seek medical attention. High pressure injection of this product through the skin is a medical emergency. This product must be removed completely from under the skin. Get immediate medical assistance.
Eye contact: Exposed eyes should be immediately flushed with copious amounts of water using a steady stream for a minimum of 15 minutes. If irritation, pain, swelling or tearing persists, seek medical attention.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention by calling a Poison Control Center or hospital emergency room. If medical advice cannot be obtained, then take the person and product to the nearest medical emergency treatment center or hospital. Never give anything by mouth to a person who is unconscious or drowsy.
Notes to Physician: There is no specific antidote. Treatment of overexposure should be directed at the control of symptoms and the clinical conditions. If this product is aspirated following ingestion, it may lead to aspiration pneumonitis. The patient should be observed for signs of lung injury if aspiration is suspected.

Handling/Disposal
|
Avoid eye and prolonged skin contact. Avoid breathing vapors or mists. Use with adequate ventilation. Wash exposed skin thoroughly with soap and water after use. Keep container away from excessive heat and open flames. Keep contains closed when not in use.
Store in a cool, dry area. Empty containers retain product residue and may be hazardous. Do not cut, weld, drill, etc. containers, even empty. Do not reuse empty containers unless properly cleaned. High pressure injection of oil through the skin is a medical emergency. There may be no sign of injury and no initial pain. This oil must be removed completely by a physician. Failure to obtain immediate treatment has resulted in the loss of a finger, hand or arm.

Dispose of product in accordance with all local, state/provincial and federal regulations.
