PRIMARY ROUTE(S) OF ENTRY: Inhalation, ingestion, eye and skin contact.EYES: Causes substantial but temporary eye injury.SKIN: Harmful if absorbed. Causes skin irritation.INGESTION: Harmful if swallowed.INHALATION: Harmful if inhaled.
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS: May cause eye and skin irritation, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, tenderness, burning/prickling skin sensations.

| From MSDS CHRONIC (CANCER INFORMATION): In studies with laboratory animals, cypermethrin did cause reproductive toxicity, teratogenicity, neurotoxicity or carcinogenicity in mail and female rats and mice. |

| EYES: Flush with plenty of water. Call a physician if irritation persists. SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation persists. INGESTION: Do not induce vomiting. Call a physician or Poison Control Center immediately. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. INHALATION: Remove victim to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration preferably mouth-to-mouth. Get medical attention. NOTE TO PHYSICIAN: Inducing vomiting as first aid for this substance may result in increased risk of chemical pneumonia or pulmonary edema caused by aspiration of the hydrocarbon solvent. Vomiting should be induced only under professional supervision. |
