| From MSDS Ethylene Glycol Monobutyl Ether (2-Butoxyethanol) causes harm to the fetus in lab animal studies. Harm to the fetus occurs only at exposure levels that harm the pregnant animal. In humans, uncertain. Overexposure to this material (or its components) has apparently been found to cause the following in lab animals: liver abnormalities, kidney damage, blood abnormalities, spleen and testis damage. Prolonged exposure above the OSHA permissible exposure limits may result in kidney and liver damage. |

| Call Physician Immediately! Eye contact: Flush with large amounts of water, lifting upper and lower lids occasionally. Get medical attention. Ingestion (Swallowed): Do not induce vomiting. Immediately drink two glasses of water. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Call physician immediately. Inhalation (Breathing): If affected, remove individual to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen . If breathing has stopped, give artificial respiration. Keep person warm, quiet, get medical attention. Skin Contact: Thoroughly wash exposed area with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing. Launder contaminated clothing before reuse. |
