Acute Health Effects: From MSDSHAZARD IDENTIFICATIONEmergency Overview: This material may cause eye, skin, nose, and throat irritation and may be harmful if inhaled. This material is a paint stripper. It is a green colored liquid with a mild amine type odor and flash pint greater than 200
Chronic Health Effects: From MSDS Prolonged or repeated skin contact may cause dermatitis. Persons with pre-existing skin disorders or impaired liver, kidney, and pulmonary function may be more susceptible to the effects of this material.
Carcinogenicity: Ingredients listed below are present at or greater than 0.1% and are classified by IARC, and NTP as carcinogenic: Quartz
First Aid: Eye contact: In case of eye contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention immediately. Skin contact: In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention immediately. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Ingestion: If swallowed, contact a physician or poison control center immediately. DO NOT induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel. May cause irritation of the gastrointestinal tract with vomiting.Inhalation: If you experience difficulty in breathing, leave the area to obtain fresh air. If continued difficulty is experienced, get medical attention immediately.
