Dust May Also Cause Irritation Of Eyes And Nose. Skin And Eye Contact Health Risks And Symptoms Of Exposure Acute: Wet Cement, Especially As An Ingredient In Plastic (Unhardened) Concrete, Can Dry The Skin And Cause Alkali Burns. Cement And Silica Dust Can Irritate The Eyes And Upper Respiratory System. Skin Absorption Health Risks And Symptoms Of Exposure: None Ingestion Health Risks And Symptoms Of Exposure: None Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated By Exposure: Hypersensitive Individuals May Develop Skin Rash.
