| From MSDS Chronic Toxicity: Prolonged or repeated skin contact with this product tends to remove skin oil, leading to possible skin irritation or rash. Repeated or prolonged inhalation overexposure to oil mists may result in oil granuloma formation, respiratory irritation and increased risk of infection. Mutagenicity: No evidence of mutagenicity from available data. Reproductive Toxicity and Teratogenicity: No evidence of adverse reproductive effects from available data. |

| From MSDS Swallowing: Do not induce vomiting. If vomiting occurs spontaneously, keep head below hips to prevent aspiration into the lungs. If symptoms develop get medical assistance by calling an emergency room or Poison Control Center. Skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash all affected and exposed areas with soap and water. If skin irritation or redness develops and persists, seek medical attention. High pressure injection of this product through the skin is a medical emergency. This product must be removed completely from under the skin. Seek immediate medical assistance. Inhalation: If symptoms of exposure develop, remove to fresh air. If breathing becomes difficult, administer oxygen. Administer artificial respiration if breathing has stopped and seek immediate medical attention. Eyes: Exposed eyes should be immediately flushed with copious amounts of water using a steady stream for a minimum of 15 minutes. If irritation, pain, swelling or redness occur, seek immediate medical attention. Notes To Physician There is no specific antidote. The petroleum oil and other ingredients in this product are unlikely to produce systemic symptoms following accidental ingestion. A serious potential toxic effect is aspiration pneumonitis which may lead to non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema. If aspiration is suspected the patient should be observed for signs of lung injury. Treatment of overexposure should be directed at the control of symptoms and the clinical conditions. Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection requires prompt surgical debridement. There may be no signs of injury or pain initially. Failure to provide immediate treatment may result in extensive necrosis. |
