Potential Health Effects
Routes of Exposure: Inhalation, Dermal, Ingestion.
Eye Contact: Contact with eyes may cause irritation.
Skin Contact: Contact with skin may cause rash or irritation.
Inhalation: May cause cough, shortness of breath, wheezing and reduced pulmonary function. Excessive or long-term inhalation may cause pneumoconiosis (silicosis). May cause irritation to nose, throat, and respiratory passages.
Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Exposure: Allergies to Portland cement or individuals with respiratory disease or subject to eye irritation.
