This product is hazardous according to the criteria of the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard.

Potential Health Effects

Routes of Exposure: Eye contact, Skin contact.

Eye Contact: Avoid contact with eyes. Severely irritating to eyes.

Skin Contact: Prolonged contact may cause redness and irritation. Patch test on human volunteers did not demonstrate sensitization properties.

Inhalation: May cause irritation. May cause sensitization by inhalation.

Ingestion: Ingestion of this product can cause irritation of the mouth and throat, upset stomach, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

Aggravated Medical Conditions: Exposure to this product may aggravate pre-existing skin, eye, and respiratory disorders.
Chronic Health Effects: From SDS:

Repeated inhalation overexposure to enzyme dust can result in sensitization and allergic response insusceptible individuals.

Skin Contact: Prolonged contact may cause redness and irritation.

Eye Contact: Risk of serious damage to eyes.
