Acute Health Effects: From MSDS Route(s) of Entry: Inhalation, swallowed Health Hazards (Acute and Chronic): Dusts are corrosive to the entire respiratory tract. Breathing dust can destroy the mucous membranes. Prolonged or repeated exposure may cause skin sensitization. Swallowing large doses may cause kidney or liver damage and death. Prolonged eye contact may damage the eyes. Signs and Symptoms of Exposure: May cause pneumonitis, chemical burns. Swallowing dusts or solids causes severe irritation and/or burns to the mouth, throat, mucous membranes and gastrointestinal tract. Dusts will irritate the eyes. Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Exposure: None Known

First Aid: From MSDS If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. If conscious give lots of water, milk or raw egg whites. Get immediate medical attention. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious or convulsing person. Skin Contact: Immediately brush off excess chemical and flush skin with lots of running water for 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes, wash before reuse. Get immediate medical attention if irritation persists after washing. Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Give artificial respiration if not breathing, but never to an unconscious or convulsing person. Get immediate medical attention. Eye Contact: Flush thoroughly for 15 minutes. Get medical attention.

Handling: From MSDS Precautions to be Taken in Handling and Storing: Strong oxidizing agent. Mix only with water. Use dry, clean utensils. Do not mix this product with any other chemical or gross filth. Such use may cause violent reaction leading to fire or explosion. Contamination with moisture, organic matter, or other chemicals may start a chemical reaction with generation of heat, liberation of hazardous gases and possible generation of fire and explosion. In case of contamination or decomposition, do not reseal container. If possible, isolate container in open air or well ventilated area. Flood with large volumes of water, if necessary. Other precautions: Do not cut, grind, weld or drill on or near this container.
Disposal: From MSDS Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed on site or at an approved waste disposal facility. Completely empty bag into application equipment. Then dispose of empty bag in a sanitary landfill or by incineration, or if allowed by state and local authorities, by burning. If burned stay out of smoke.
