Warnings: Harmful if absorbed through skin. Harmful if inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Avoid breathing dust. Causes moderate eye irritation. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet. Wear long-sleeved shirt and long pants, socks, shoes, and gloves. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse.

This pesticide is toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates and may adversely affect non-target plants. To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment area. Sweeping any product that lands on a driveway, sidewalk, or street, back onto the treated area of the lawn or garden will help to prevent run off to water bodies or drainage systems. This chemical has properties and characteristics associated with chemicals detected in groundwater. The use of this chemical in areas where soils are permeable, particularly where the water table is shallow, may result in groundwater contamination. Application around a cistern or well may result in contamination of drinking water or groundwater.

Emergency Overview: Harmful if swallowed do not take internally. Harmful if absorbed through skin. Mild eye irritation may cause irritation and burns. May cause moderate dermal irritation. May cause respiratory irritation; burning.

Chronic Health Effects: From MSDS

Chronic overexposure to dicamba may cause liver changes or a decrease in body weight.
Carcinogenicity: The EPAs Science Advisory Panel has given dicamba a class D classification (not classifiable as to human carcinogenicity). Animal tests with dicamba have not shown carcinogenic, terato-genic or other reproductive effects with the exception of slightly red
First Aid: Eye Contact: Hold open eyes and flush slowly and gently with clean water for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after first 5 minutes then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center immediately.

Skin Contact: Wash off immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Take contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. Call a physician or poison control center.

If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Launder contaminated clothing separately prior to reuse.

Inhalation: Remove victim to fresh air. Administer artificial respiration if person is not breathing. Call 911, a physician or poison control center immediately.

Ingestion: Call a physician or Poison Control Center immediately. Rinse out mouth and give water in small sips to drink. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING UNLESS DIRECTED TO DO BY A PHYSICIAN. Do not leave victim unattended.

Note to physician: There is no specific antidote. Appropriate supportive and symptomatic treatment as indicated by the patients condition is recommended.

Handling: Handle and open container in a manner as to prevent spillage. Always practice good hygiene with this or any chemicals. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, and chewing gum, using tobacco, using the toilet or applying cosmetics. Take off contaminated clothing and shoes immediately. Wash thoroughly and put on clean clothing.
Disposal: Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous, improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture or rinsate is a violation Federal Law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous Waste representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance. Dispose of DOT drums(s), waste water according to Local, State and Federal regulations. Do not contaminate surface or ground water by cleaning equipment or disposal or wastes, including equipment wash water. Do not reuse containers. Triple rinse containers. Then offer for recycling or reconditioning or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill or incineration if allowed by State and local authorities.
