Medical Conditions Aggravated by Exposure: Skin exposure may aggravate existing skin conditions. Exposure to mist may aggravate existing respiratory conditions.
Chronic Health Effects: From MSDS

Chronic overexposure to dicamba may cause liver changes or a decrease in body weight.

First Aid: Eye Contact: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eyes. Call physician if irritation persists

Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing and wash with soap and water immediately. Obtain medical attention if irritation persists.

Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If breathing is difficult or if any discomfort persists, obtain medical attention. Ingestion: If swallowed, call a poison control center or doctor immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

Handling/Disposal
Handling: Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. Wash toughly after handling. Launder clothes separately. Pesticide wastes are toxic. Do not contaminate water supplies with rinsate from equipment cleaning or spill clean-up. Do not apply this product when it may drift from the target area. Do not apply directly to water. Keep in a cool, dry place. Avoid temperature extremes. Store in original container in a locked area, inaccessible to children and pets. Keep from freezing. Do not allow cross-contamination of pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, feed or food.
Disposal: Open dumping or burning of this material is prohibited. An acceptable method of disposal is to burn in an incinerator in accordance with all local, state and federal environmental laws, rules, standards and regulations. Because acceptable methods of disposal may vary by location and because regulatory requirements.
