Potential Health Effects

Primary Routes(s) Of Entry - Ingestion (possible, but considered unlikely), eye contact, skin contact, inhalation.

Eye Contact: Causes eye irritation.

Skin Contact: May cause skin irritation after prolonged contact with skin.

Ingestion: This is an aerosol product, ingestion is unlikely to occur. Contains petroleum distillate, harmful if swallowed. If accidentally swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call physician immediately.

Inhalation: Deliberate inhalation of concentrated vapor or mist may cause headaches and dizziness.

Signs And Symptoms: Deliberate inhalation of concentrated vapor or mist may cause headaches and dizziness. Prolonged and repeated contact with the skin may cause irritation. Irritant to eyes.

Conditions Aggravated By Exposure: May aggravate pre-existing skin, eye and respiratory disorders.

Chronic Health Effects: From MSDS:

Prolonged and repeated contact with the skin may cause irritation. Irritant to eyes.
Carcinogenicity: None of the ingredients, present in excess of 0.1%, are listed as carcinogenic by NTP, IARC or OSHA.
First Aid: Eye Contact: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

Skin Contact: Wash skin with soap and water. If irritation develops, call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advise.

Inhalation: If overcome by vapor move victim to fresh air. If person is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then provide artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth, if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advise.

Handling/Disposal
Handling: Avoid getting spray into eyes. Wash thoroughly after handling. Keep out of reach of children. Handle as an extremely flammable material. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and open flame. Keep away from heat, sparks, flame, and other sources of ignition (i.e., pilot lights, electric motors and static electricity).
Disposal: Do not puncture or incinerate container. If empty: Place in trash or offer for recycling if available. If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency for disposal instructions.
