Prevention

Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, hot surfaces - no smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Pressurized container: Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Avoid breathing mist or spray. Wash thoroughly after handling. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Wear eye and face protection. Wear protective gloves.

Response

IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical attention. Take off contaminated clothing.

IF INHALED: Remove victim to fresh air and keep at rest in a position comfortable for breathing. Call a POISON CENTER or physician if you feel unwell.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to remove. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical attention.

Storage

Store in a well-ventilated place.Keep container tightly closed. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 deg C/122 deg F.

Dispose of contents and/or container according to Federal, State/Provincial and local governmental regulations.

Eye Contact: May cause moderate to severe irritation.

Skin Contact: Not a hazard under normal use conditions.

Inhalation: Breathing high vapor concentrations may produce anesthetic effects, nausea, dizziness, headache, weakness, peripheral drowsiness.

Ingestion: Ingestion of large quantities may be harmful. May cause mild gastrointestinal irritation with nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain

First Aid: Eye Contact: Immediately rinse eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while holding eyelids open. Get medical attention if pain or irritation develops.

Skin Contact: First aid measures not required. Cosmetic product and therefore not necessary.

Inhalation: Remove from exposure area to fresh air. Treat symptomatically and supportively. If any symptoms appear, get medical attention.

Ingestion: Dilution by rinsing the mouth and giving water or milk to drink is generally recommended. Contact physician or local poison control center.

Handling/Disposal
Handling: Do not take internally. Use with adequate ventilation. Keep the containers closed when not in use. Have emergency equipment (for fires, spills, leaks, etc.) readily available. Flammable liquid. Store in original containers in a cool dry area away from incompatible substances, excessive heat, flames, sparks or other ignition sources. Contents are under pressure; containers may violently rupture and travel a considerable distance. Do not store above 120 deg F. Exposure to sunlight or heat (above 130 deg F/54 deg C) may cause bursting. Do not puncture or incinerate. Storage areas for large quantities (warehouse) should be well ventilated. Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. Observe all federal, state and local regulations when storing or disposing of this substance.
Disposal: This product is a RCRA hazardous waste and can be disposed of in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. Do not reuse this container. Properly deaerosolize any intact containers before disposal. Dispose of container and unused contents in accordance with federal, state and local requirements.
