Warnings: Avoid eye contact and prolonged skin contact, immediately flush eyes with water for 15 minutes. Call physician immediately. For skin contact, wash thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children. (plastic container)
Acute Health Effects: From MSDS Inhalation: Breathing vapors or mists may cause irritation to the mucous membranes and to the respiratory tract, headache, dizziness and drowsiness. Eye Contact: May cause irritation with excess tearing, reddening and swelling of the conjunctiva. Skin Contact: Repeated or prolonged exposure may cause irritation seen as redness and swelling. Ingestion: Ingestion of a small amount of this material, as would be expected from an accidental ingestion, is expected to have little acute systemic toxicity. May cause irritation of the mouth, throat, and stomach with possible nausea, vomiting and abdominal discomfort. A very large ingestion could result in headache, dizziness, incoordination, general weakness and possible kidney and liver injury. Coma, metabolic acidosis and non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema have been described after massive ingestions. Medical Conditions Generally Aggravated by Exposure: No information provided.
