The color of shakes treated with HE323 - SHAKEGUARD will vary depending on the color and darkness of the untreated shakes. Their color and absorption rate will vary. Prohibitions: Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage or disposal. Open dumping is prohibited.
Acute Health Effects: From MSDS Routes of Entry: If in Eyes - Symptoms--Corneal or conjunctival ulceration. Possible irreversible eye damage. If Ingested - Symptoms--Gastrointestinal irritation. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. Corrosion of mucous membranes and gastrointestinal tract. If Inhaled - Symptoms--Harmful or may cause respiratory irritation. Avoid inhalation of spray or mist. Irritation of upper respiratory tract. If on Skin - Symptoms--Chemical burns. Corrosive upon repeated contact.

Carcinogenicity: The manufacturer's Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) does not state whether the ingredients are considered carcinogens or potential carcinogens.
First Aid: From MSDS Emergency and First Aid Procedures Eyes -Flush gently with clean water for at least 15 minutes, lifting upper and lower lids occasionally. Get immediate medical attention. Skin - Remove contaminated clothes and wash with a waterless hand cleaner or soap and water. Consult a physician if irritation persists. Ingestion - Do not induce vomiting. Call doctor immediately. Dilute with milk or water. Never give anything to an unconscious person but do place individual on the left side with head down. Inhaling -Remove from vapor immediately and if breathing is difficult, administer oxygen. If overcome, call physician. If breathing has stopped or is irregular, start resuscitation or administer oxygen, as needed.
